Medal Algorithms Updated Every 7 Days
We replace the custom algorithms for each segment of our customers’ inventories every seven days. This means that incoming accounts are precisely medaled to create high-performing quartiles. Combining quartiles with graduated effort creates winning outcomes.
Litigation Score & Medal
We have a litigation score meant to predict recovery if a suit is brought against a consumer. Last quarter we released medal algorithms for that score. Let your consultant know if you’d like to add this score and medal to your solution.
Charity
In addition to the annual update of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, we enhanced coverage of the geocoding method for addresses, gaining over 95% coverage at all levels (block, block group, tract (new!), and zip code area.) This improves the results of the charity values (scores: P, Q, R, and FPG).
Last month we turned on the “P score” for everyone who wasn’t already receiving it. The P score is the percentage of the consumer’s estimated income compared to the Federal Poverty Guideline for their household. (For example, if a consumer makes twice the income that is deemed the federal poverty guideline, the P score value is 200.)
Statue of Limitations
In recent months, five states issued statute of limitations requirements for medical debt that differ from other contract types. We added these requirements to our default statute periods for AR, FL, NV, NY, and VA. If you are a current customer, let us know if you want us to add these to your implementation. New customers’ implementations will begin with these included in the defaults.
