This past month on June 3rd, we hosted our own virtual user event for current Intelitech users and partners. This one-day event featured a variety of sessions, discussions, and panels presented by our staff as well as partners and other recovery organizations. The purpose behind the event was to bring the Intelitech Community together to encourage networking, education and appreciation.
In addition to a welcome and concluding statement by Intelitech’s Managing Partner Bryan Houston, The event consisted of four sessions. The first session, which was delivered by Intelitech consultants, covered best practice solutions for incorporating analytics into organizations’ recovery workflow. The second session focused collector training tips and practices to help collectors improve recovery performance. The third session included three of our key partners: TransUnion, LocateSmarter, and Phin Solutions and how working together provides betters solutions for Intelitech users. The last session was a panel discussion featuring many of our users sharing their stories using Intelitech solutions to overcome real world obstacles.
A Virtual Event
Synergy was a virtual event that used the same virtual platform as other virtual virtual conferences in the industry such as ACA international’s national conference and InsideARM’s strategy and tech conference. Overall the platform worked extremely well and we look forward to utilizing it in the future for similar events.
In the closing remarks at Synergy, we announced that we will soon be releasing a new Statute of Limitations solution, which will compliment the technology Intelitech users already have in place. More detail will be released in the future regarding the solution.
