Session Preview: Effective Effort Management to Increase Revenue

When: Tuesday, October 16th, 3:10 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Speakers: Ed Formanek (Ontario Systems) and Terry Glidden (The Intelitech Group)

This course co-taught by Terry Glidden, associate partner at The Intelitech Group, focuses on the concept of managing your inventory from a value perspective.  Considering such things as, effective segmentation, consumer scoring, aligning a campaign schedule with your strategy, and utilizing data to guide organizations towards successful collection outcomes.

Terry will be sharing practical experiences as a former Operations Manager to convey concepts to the attendees on how best to manage each of these critical areas.  This will truly be an interactive class, where participants will be able to add value to the course by sharing their experiences.

Session Preview: Strategy Concepts for Effective Exhaust Treatments

When: Wednesday, October 17th, 10:10 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Speakers: Ed Formanek (Ontario Systems) and Terry Glidden (The Intelitech Group)

As margins become tighter each day, having an effective plan to work accounts and move them through your strategy in a profitable way becomes a critical aspect.  This class focuses on the importance of understanding and having an intentional and strategic exhaust treatment in place to allow your costs to be spent on truly active inventory.

Terry will be sharing many common, and some advanced, approaches to ensure users are aware of their inventory status and have the needed data available to drive treatment decisions.

Session Preview: The Incredible Shrinking Margin

When: Wednesday, October 18th, 1:40 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Speakers: Bryan Houston and Tyler Roark (The Intelitech Group)

For the last session (both our last and the last session of the conference), Bryan Houston, the managing partner at The Intelitech Group, and Tyler Roark, a senior partner at The Intelitech Group will be leading a discussion around an important industry topic:  shrinking margins in our business.

There are two main points of the presentation.  First, when it comes to shrinking margins there are collection methods and strategies that can assist to ensure profitability for agencies.  Second, Intelitech offers mature, robust, solutions to help solve the dilemma of shrinking margins so that agencies can thrive in these environments.
