Introducing Elevate

Elevate! is a system of continuous training and support for your coaches and collectors. Elevate! contains tools and processes that provide training, support, and structure to help ensure a successful training program. The following are just three of the elements that are addressed by Elevate!.

  1. Elevate! Boot Camps allow Collectors and coaches to learn new skills that will improve their effectiveness in the work place.   2. The ACT Series is a monthly webinar that ensures coaches are current on the trends in the industry and have the necessary personal skills to help their collectors be more successful
  3. Elevate also contains a tool, CollectorTalk!, that allows collectors to practice skills learned in the training room and take full advantage of them on the collection floor. A successful training program requires that you give your collectors enough space to practice the skills they are learning
