A Culture of Learning

During the first quarter of 2011, Intelitech accelerated development of our products and services. We released Acumen! 5.5 for our Columbia Ultimate (CU) users, providing not only data services, but also to leverage, aScripting, a new technology. This scripting functionality allows us to request certain data when data returns to the system. For example, we can wait until an account no longer has a phone number to contact, and then make a request for data. When the data returns, we can decide based upon the message code whether to place that information in the Debtor file or simply map to a fiscal attribute. This leverage vastly improves the automation of data services for any organization and allows built-in business rules. An organization can run more effectively and efficiently. Other key offerings from scripting include the ability to call strategies, cancellation, request letters and updates to status codes based on business rules and the data set returned.

Along with the scripting technology, we have incorporated several new dashboards into Acumen! 5.5. These dashboards can monitor technical effectiveness and the overall health of a business. Intelitech has the unique ability to provide valuable analytic information, and to translate that information into useful and proactive recommendations. We are creating a new set of standard reports, which should be available to all of our customers by the end of the next quarter. These new reports will improve forecasting capabilities and enhance effort evaluations. For our CU clients, we have initiated a project to begin extracting dialer data for the ACMS dialer and later for the RT Dialing platform. Look for these new reports and the new data extraction in the coming weeks!

Acumen! for FACS development progressed more rapidly than we expected. We have incorporated all of the client stat global files, detailed dialer call log, client flex fields and historical population of transactional data into the upgraded Acumen! Collector stat files should be added by the end of April. Next, we plan to begin coding for offering data services to our FACS customers. This coding should be complete by July 15th; at which time, we will begin beta testing this upgrade. This new Acumen! FACS’ upgrade will permit our FACS clients to have all of the functionality that we have developed for our CU users. Finally, we have incorporated iRicochet into our transmission processes for our FACS clients. iRicochet allowed our company to automate transmission files, track daily imports and exports, and to input complex logic to audit and resolve any issues that may arise. Special thanks to those clients who allowed us to use their data for the iRicochet install!

As Intelitech grows, we plan to further improve our products and services with “leading-edge” functionality and analytic tools. Thank you to everyone involved while we spent countless hours in preparing our deliverables. If anyone has any feedback, requests for enhancements, or desires a copy of product roadmaps, please contact me directly at jeremyc@intelitechgroup.com. I want to include your recommendations into future releases.
