The Intelitech Group Releases Acumen! 5.5

Latest update to the Business Analytics Suite Increases Automation and Flexibility

Vancouver, Wash. - February 22, 2011 - The Intelitech Group, a business consulting practice and technology solutions provider for the collection industry, announces the release of Acumen! 5.5, the latest update to the company’s Business Analytics Suite. Acumen!, is a suite of products and services designed to provide collection agencies with the information they need to make sound business decisions.

 “This release of Acumen! 5.5, allows the collections industry to leverage several phases of the collection process all in one system,” said The Intelitech Group’s Senior Partner Jeremy Cunningham.   “We now offer agencies the ability to leverage all levels of data services and to determine which business rules to support when making data requests.”

New features in Acumen! 5.5 include:

  1. Automation of requests based on agency rules without the use of Account Flow Manager (AFM)
  2. Greater flexibility to allow the agency to determine what to do with different sets of data when they are returned to their system
  3. Enhanced scoring ability through a combination of internal data attributes and external data sources
  4. The support of TRANS-HIST files for historical transactional information to be imported into The Intelitech Group’s reporting and dashboard system

A key new feature and contributor to the power of Acumen! 5.5 is a newly developed scripting system called aScripting. This system gives the user the ability to schedule items in the Tickler, update any field in any file, cancel an account, call a subroutine, or start an AFM strategy. One of aScripting’s highlights is the ability to determine whether to update a fiscal or overwrite the residential number on the debtor file based upon a score and/or a returned message code. Additional system highlights include the ability to move mobile and home phone numbers in ascending order, acting as a phone management system, change an account status based upon any data return and message code, and update address information on the debtor record if the current information is null or a mail return match.
